For the annual Christmas Show at the Doorway Gallery in Dublin, all artists are asked to create their paintings on 20cm x 25cm canvases. I really enjoyed the challenge of working so small. Obviously, the prices can be quite small too, and I have already done a new batch of 20cm x 20cm canvases for the Boathouse Gallery in Kinsale.
I am thinking of selling some direct from this website too. I have found over the years that customers aren't inclined to buy large pieces without being able to see them "in the flesh", but these miniatures might give people an opportunity to shop online for an original of mine.
